What is ProStores?
ProStores is a hosted e-commerce platform that is owned by EBay. It is not a
"stand-alone" program, such as Expression Web or Dreamweaver. You MUST have an
account with ProStores in order for this template to function. It will NOT work
on any other platform. ProStores offers a free month trial period, so check out
their store, then come back for a template! We offer solutions to your e-commerce needs.

What if I want to see a template "In Action"?
Unfortunately, we don't have the capability to show all of our templates in action, but, if you are interested
in a particular template, we will be
more than happy to upload it to our test ProStore site in order for you to take a
look at it. All you need to do is call us at 919-847-4756 and request it. If you email us, we will post the
template, then call you to let you know it is posted. We're always working on something new, so we can't
guarantee how long the sample you chose will be up!
We use our ProStore to test all of our templates. If you'd like to see what we're working on or how our templates work, check out our Prostore! Remember, this is a test area for us, so you may see some strange looking templates that we're playing with and just don't quite have them the way we want them! Also, if you click on "Check Out" to see our "One Page Checkout," the colors may not match the template. Don't worry though, the template you purchase the colors will all match! Please do not purchase a template on our test site because we do not have the automatic download activated. Basic Template Questions:
What if my website is not named "Your Name Here"?
No problem, we will put your name on the logo/banner without charge within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please send us a message by email letting us know exactly what you wish to appear on the logo. Don't forget to give us the template name and number when you make the request. If you purchased our template off of our site, please include the order number.
How can I easily find out if you have new designs available?
Click out the "Our Newest Templates" button. All of the templates that are new will appear in this section.
Can you change the colors or images in a template for me?
Sure, just check our "Custom Design Center" for pricing. We'll be more than happy to customize one of our templates for you.
I have a question about how my ProStores Template works. Will you answer those types of questions?
If you have a specific question about one of our templates, you can email us anytime and we will do our best to answer your question. We cannot answer technical ProStores Shopping Cart questions.
Purchasing Questions:
How do I purchase templates?
We accept Master Charge, Visa and PayPal on our site. PayPal no longer requires that you have an account with them if you are paying by credit card. Just add the template to your cart.
Image Questions:
Are your images legally licensed?
YES! We pay licensure fees to image companies in order to design templates with legally licensed images in them. We've also started inserting "place holder" images. This way, you insert the image you want and you'll know exactly where you got the image! Our image sources have very reasonable pricing... about $3.00 an image, so you can pick out what you want instead of the image shown in the template.
Can I switch images on the templates myself?
Yes, you can switch out any images on any of our templates or we will add your image at no cost.
Where can I get images?
Check out our Stock Photo page. Some of the images are free, others have a small charge.
What if I don't have a ProStores account?
Don't have a ProStore yet, try it out at no cost for 30 days. If you like what you see, then you can come back and purchase a template!
